A portrait

Not Sick. Just Not Quite Himself.

We will call him Ray. He is not one man: he is the kind of man this page is written for. His GP says his numbers are fine for his age. That is exactly the problem.

A man in his sixties in his garage workshop

Ray is 62. He still services his own ute. He still gets up before his wife and makes the coffee.

He is not sick. Nobody would say he is sick. He just is not quite himself, and he could not tell you when it started.

The small things

He gets up twice a night now. He calls it normal, and he has learnt the way to the toilet without turning on the light.

He takes longer in there than he used to. He blames the coffee.

By three in the afternoon he is running on fumes. And he has quietly stopped suggesting the long drive to see the grandkids in one go.

None of it is dramatic. That is exactly why he has never done anything about it.

What nobody told Ray

Nitric oxide: the signal that tells vessels to open and muscle to relax.

Ray thinks he has three small problems. The nights, the toilet, the afternoons.

What nobody told him is that they may share common ground. The prostate and the bladder are fed by a web of very small blood vessels, and wrapped in muscle that relaxes on the same signal those vessels use: nitric oxide. The body makes less of it every decade after 40.

Less signal, and the smallest vessels open a little less. The muscle around the prostate relaxes a little less. And the same quiet change in circulation is there in the afternoon, when the energy runs out.

Three signs. One root.

The bottle in his cupboard

A shelf of supplement bottles

Ray did try something, two winters ago. Saw palmetto, from the chemist. He finished the bottle and did not buy another.

That bottle looked at the prostate alone. It had nothing in it for circulation. Almost none of them do.

A routine built for men like Ray

We make absorbent underwear for men, more than 123,000 of them so far. Full Flow is the formula we built when we went looking for what those bottles leave out.

Circulation nutrients: cayenne pepper, beetroot, aged garlic, vitamins K2 and D3. Prostate and bladder nutrients: saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, pumpkin seed oil, nettle root, lycopene, zinc. In oil, with every dose printed on the pouch.

Three softgels with the coffee he already makes every morning. That is the whole routine.

It is a supplement, not a medicine. We ask men to give it 90 days and to judge it then. If it is not for them, we refund the order.

If "not sick, just not quite myself" sounds familiar, this was written for you.

What exactly is in Full Flow?

Per daily serving of 3 softgels: beetroot extract 500 mg, cayenne pepper extract (2.5 mg capsaicinoids), aged garlic extract 300 mg, vitamin K2 100 mcg and D3 25 mcg, saw palmetto extract 320 mg, beta-sitosterol 130 mg, pumpkin seed oil 500 mg, nettle root extract 300 mg, lycopene 10 mg, zinc 15 mg. No proprietary blend.

How long before I can judge it?

Nutrients work gradually and every man responds differently. We suggest 90 days of daily use, which is exactly how long the guarantee runs.

Can I take it with my medication?

Speak to your GP first if you take blood pressure medication, blood thinners (the formula contains vitamin K2 and garlic) or prostate medication. Full Flow is a dietary supplement. It does not replace a treatment or your regular check-up.

Will the cayenne upset my stomach?

The amount is small and it is suspended in oil inside the softgel, so you do not taste it. Some men feel a light warmth. Taking the softgels with breakfast is the simple way to avoid it.

What if it is not for me?

Take it every day for 90 days. If it is not for you, write to us and we refund your order.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Getting up at night and changes in urination can have many causes: see your GP, especially if they are new, sudden or painful.
