Refund policy
At Orykas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy. Please read our policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
At Orykas, the safety, hygiene, and respect of our customers are our top priorities.
Our boxers and briefs are intimate garments designed to be worn in direct contact with the skin. For this reason, and in accordance with current hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any item whose packaging has been opened, tested, or worn, even briefly.
This measure ensures that every customer receives a product that is new, clean, and never tried on, under impeccable hygiene conditions.
As our underwear is also sold in packs, opening a single item makes the entire set unsuitable for resale.
From 22 October 2025, and due to repeated misuse and abuse of our return process, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted for any items, including those sold in packs.
This decision was made to maintain our strict hygiene standards and to guarantee the integrity of every product delivered to our customers.
We therefore encourage all customers to carefully review our detailed size guide before placing an order, to ensure the correct fit.
Of course, this policy does not apply in cases where an error was made by our team or if a product is defective. In such situations, our team will take full responsibility for replacing or refunding your order.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact form to request a return.

Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return the item in secure packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are covered by Orykas only if the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item). In all other cases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and confirmed to meet our return conditions, a refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size, colour, or product, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact form.
Our team will assist you in arranging either a return or a replacement, depending on the situation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
We kindly ask customers to double-check their order details before dispatch.
