Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

 

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the selected purchase options.

Each order is immediately sent to our logistics centre to ensure fast dispatch and optimal tracking.

Please note that Orykas products are intimate garments, and therefore, no returns or exchanges can be accepted for hygiene reasons, except in cases of defective products or errors made by our team.

We will do our best to assist you before your order is dispatched, within the limits of what is operationally possible.
