📦 Processing and Dispatch Times
Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 6 and 9 business days.
However, due to a recent increase in orders and recent public holidays, current dispatch times may take up to 12 business days.
🗓️ Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.

We currently deliver to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Canada, Luxembourg, Belgium, and other international destinations.
💸 Delivery Fees
Free delivery is available for all orders over $49 shipped within Australia, New Zealand, and other selected regions.
No additional charges apply for standard delivery.
📨 Delivery Methods
We work with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, and Aramex, depending on your location, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
ORYKAS cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
⏳ Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, public holidays, or carrier delays) may occasionally cause delivery interruptions.
We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated should any issues arise.
📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will liaise directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
