4. Orders

Once the order has been validated and paid, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.

ORYKAS cannot be held responsible for any delay or incident occurring during the transport of the parcel, including postal disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control.


In the event of loss, delivery error, or damage caused by the carrier, ORYKAS shall not be held liable. A claim must then be filed directly with the carrier concerned.


If the customer does not collect their parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier or pick-up point, the parcel will automatically be returned to us.

In such a case, reshipping or handling fees may be charged to the customer for sending a new parcel, or deducted from any possible refund.

 


 

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

 


In accordance with applicable hygiene regulations, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
